Trailhead   Universal   Automation   Platform

The Trailhead is a pre-engineered bundled system that puts you in charge of configuring your optimal automated system. The baseline package includes our KiNEDx 4-Axis Servo Robot, Plate Storage Stacks, and Frame.

Trailheads are available in four standard sizes and with any combination of robot, plate storage, enclosure, utilities management, software, etc.

Overview

System: The Trailhead is the perfect starting point for putting together a fully automated robotic system. A rock-solid foundation under your automated system is absolutely essential for maintaining long-term repeatability and reliability.

Foundation: A welded steel frame provides the industrialized base necessary for reliable automated systems. A flat and rigid mounting surface is equally as important for repeatability and is accomplished with the 3/8” thick aluminum top plate. The entire assembly is powder-coated for durability and resistance to solvents.

Software: The Trailhead is available with several optional scheduling software choices. A matched personal computer is mounted below in the enclosure and has a flat-screen monitor and keyboard above.

Applications: Available in four standard sizes, the Trailhead is the perfect starting point for numerous high throughput processes such as ELISA, PCR, Protein Purification, Plate Replication, Plate Reformatting, etc.
