We manufacture
robots and we also engineer and build turnkey systems using our
products as well as others. You should consider letting us do your
integration when you do not need help with developing your assay
and when our geographic locations makes sense.
Our
engineering and support offices are located in Northern California
and Colorado. Our engineers know the capabilities and limitations
of our products better than anybody. We also know how to communicate
with most any device or instrument. However, we do not have chemists
or biologists in-house that are experts in assay development.

You should
choose to work with one of our 3rd party integrators when: they
have specific process expertise that you need to help define your
system, when they have a pre-engineered solution that fits your
process needs precisely, and when the integrator are located close
to you.
A
system that is integrated by an expert will be thoroughly documented
so it can be supported and upgraded as needed. You can also choose
to have a long-term service contract in place so that future problems
are automatically taken care of. More> |

If you want to put together your own system then you should have
your own internal engineering group that can define the process
and specify the equipment and software, layout the system (3-D CAD),
assemble it, program it, make everything work together, and then
support it. Make sure that your engineering group will remain intact
during the years to come and that the system will be fully documented
so that future technicians can support it.
If
this all sounds realistic, then we would be happy to work directly
with you. You might want to consider starting with our Trailhead
Universal Automation Platform. |
