Semi-Custom Robots

 

 

 

 

 

We build several standard "off-the-shelf" robots but can also supply a wide range of semi-custom robots for OEM applications needing special payload or environmental considerations. These semi-custom designs all use standard off-the-shelf building blocks and are based loosely on the SCARA concept. (Please see the What is a SCARA page for a definition of SCARA.)
SI-Series Robot SI-Series: The SI-Series is the SCARA-Inverted line. These are 4-axis AC servo robots. The low profile arms are inverted from traditional SCARA‘s and the end-effector is oriented away from the base as is pictured here. Standard reach is 600 or 800 mm (23.6" or 31.5") and the payload ranges from 4 kg up to 34kg (9 lb to 75 lb.)
SS-Series Robot SS-Series: The SS-Series is the SCARA-Standard line. These are 4-axis AC servo robots. Arm-1 and Arm-2 are arranged similar to traditional SCARA’s and the end-effector is oriented towards the base. Standard reach is 600 or 800 mm (23.6" or 31.5") and the payload ranges from 4 kg up to 34kg (9 lb to 75 lb.)
SH-Series Robot SH-Series: The SH-Series is based on a 4-axis SCARA tipped on its side as shown here. This configuration is good for many applications such as part transfer from a vertical to horizontal plane and machine load/unload.
 
Custom-Engineered Calibration Robot Custom-Engineered: Peak Robotics can engineer and build a special application Custom Robot in a wide range of configurations to meet your exact needs. These special robots can be manufactured in any quantity starting with one and going up to the hundreds.
Standard KiNEDx: The KiNEDx-Series of laboratory robots are our standard "off-the-shelf Cylindrical coordinate robots. Standard horizontal travel is 300 mm (11.8") and the payload is rated to 2 kg (4.4 lb.)    
  Options: Many options are available and all of our robots can be easily modified to fit special requirements.
