Structure: S-Corporation

Peak Robotics is a privately held S-Corporation. The company was founded in 1989 and is incorporated in the state of Colorado. The company does business internationally and exports approximately one half of its production.

President: Steve Cowles

Mr Cowles has functioned in the role of president at Peak Robotics since the inception of the company in 1989 and is instrumental in guiding the company's business direction and marketing functions.  He also functions as the company's Applications Manager.

Mr. Cowles has a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University, 1981, with an emphasis on dynamic systems and machine design.  He spent the first five years of his career with Rockwell International in a robotics engineering group designing robots and robotic systems for handling nuclear and hazardous materials.  Rockwell was followed by three years with Honeywell as a project leader designing high speed automated machinery for electronic sensor packaging.  He then spent a year with Cray Research as an engineering team leader developing vision-based automated assembly equipment for assembling multi-layer PCB's. 

Board of Advisors:

The company is governed by a board of advisors consisting of professional associates in business, marketing, and finance. This team reviews and approves all significant business decisions.
